多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的发生机制 被引量:31

The Mechanism of Ovulatory Dysfunction in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome)是一种常见的、复杂的生殖内分泌性及代谢性疾病,通常在青春期和成年期出现,主要以排卵障碍、卵巢呈多囊样改变和高雄激素血症为特征,临床上发病率可达5%~10%,并有逐年升高趋势。多囊卵巢综合征不仅是一种生殖病理,而且是一种全身性的疾病,与明显的内分泌、代谢、心血管、生殖和精神疾病相关,但其发病机制目前尚未明确,国际上多囊卵巢综合征诊断标准也是各国不一。在我国多囊卵巢综合征排卵异常相关的不孕占无排卵性不孕的75%左右,是育龄期女性排卵障碍性不孕症最常见的原因之一,对患者的影响越来越突出。近年来,多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的机制研究广受临床关注,为了深入了解多囊卵巢综合征的发病机制及防治,本研究主要围绕多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的机制进行综述,深入探讨多囊卵巢综合征的发病机制及防治,以期为临床干预和有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征提供借鉴和参考。 Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)is a common and complex reproductive endocrine disorder and metabolic disease and usually occures in adolescence and adulthood,which is mainly characterized by ovulation disorder,polycystic ovarian changes and hyperandrogenemia.Its incidence rate is 5%-10%clinically,and it is increasing year by year.PCOS is not only a reproductive pathology,but also a systemic disease,which is related to obvious endocrine,metabolic,cardiovascular,reproductive and mental diseases.However,its pathogenesis is currently unclear.The international diagnostic criteria for PCOS are also different from country to country.Infertility associated with abnormal ovulation in PCOS accounts for about 75%of anovulatory infertility in China.PCOS is one of the most common causes of ovulatory dysfunction infertility in women of childbearing age,and its impact on patients is more and more significant.Therefore,the research on the mechanism of ovulation disorder in PCOS has received extensive attention in recent years.In order to deeply understand the pathogenesis and prevention of PCOS,this paper reviews the research progress on the mechanism of ovulation disorder in PCOS,discusses the pathogenesis and prevention of PCOS in-depth,and provides new ideas for finding effective measures to treat PCOS.
