摘要
目的探讨微信平台在留置双J管出院患者管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1—9月粤北人民医院泌尿外二科收治且留置双J管的出院患者300例,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各150例。对照组患者在术后和出院前各接受1次常规健康宣教,并在出院小结中文字说明双J管管理事项。试验组患者在常规健康宣教的基础上,出院后持续通过微信平台与护理人员进行交流。出院1个月后,比较两组患者置管期间并发症发生情况,以及负性情绪滋生情况。并对比护理满意度。结果试验组患者双J管留置相关并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组患者的10.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均高于试验组患者(P<0.05)。试验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在出院后双J管留置期间,对患者进行基于微信平台的延续性护理服务,能够显著降低留置双J管并发症发生风险,且改善患者负性情绪,不仅减轻了患者生理和心理负担,还有利于提升护理满意度,具有一定价值,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of WeChat platform in the management of discharged patients with indwelling double J tubes.Methods A total of 300 discharged patients with indwelling double J tubes treated in the Second Department of Urology,Yuebei People's Hospital from January to September 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 150 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine health education once after operation and before discharge,and they were informed of the management matters of double J tube in the discharge summary.On the basis of routine health education,patients in the experimental group continued to communicate with nursing staff through WeChat platform after discharge.One month after discharge,the incidence of complications and the negative emotions during catheterization were compared between the two groups.Patients'satisfaction with nursing was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications related to indwelling double J tube in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(10.67%,P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were higher in the control group than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).Patients'satisfaction with nursing was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of double J tube indwelling after discharge,continuous nursing for patients based on WeChat platform can significantly reduce the risk of complications of indwelling double J tube and relieve patients'negative emotions,which not only reduces patients'physiological and psychological burden,but also helps to improve nursing satisfaction.It has certain value and is worth popularization.
