摘要
目的:分析在儿科康复护理中应用品管圈护理模式的效果及满意度。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年1月儿科患儿79例,随机分为两组。对照组采取常规护理模式;观察组实行品管圈护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理人员的沟通能力、应急能力、责任感、工作积极性和团队意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿腹泻消失时间、咳嗽消失时间和体温恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科康复护理中实行品管圈护理模式的效果显著,可有效提高护理人员自身素质,缓解患儿各临床症状,提高患儿家属满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect and satisfaction of applying the quality control circle nursing model in pediatric rehabilitation nursing.Methods:From December 2017 to January 2019,79 pediatric patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group adopted routine nursing mode.The observation group adopted quality control circle nursing mode.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The communication ability,emergency response ability,sense of responsibility,work enthusiasm and team consciousness scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of diarrhea,cough disappearance and body temperature recovery time of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of implementing the quality control circle nursing model in pediatric rehabilitation nursing is significant,which can effectively improve the quality of the nursing staff,alleviate the clinical symptoms of the children,and improve the satisfaction of the families of the children.
