摘要
以大丰华高速公路鸿图特长隧道为例,通过总结隧道穿越莲花山断裂带、棋盘网格状构造的宽张裂隙高压富水凝灰岩、安山玢岩地层条件下带水作业综合施工技术,解决了带水作业中突泥涌水、高压水伤人等安全隐患。针对掌子面涌水量超1500m3/h、水压超2MPa的工况,通过采取隧道突涌水预警、超前泄水降压、人工-多臂凿岩台车联合开挖等措施,将出水孔压力降至0.5MPa以下后,再优化施工工艺,使隧道开挖安全顺利地通过了高压富水段落。相较于超前帷幕注浆大大提高了工效,加快了施工进度,节约了建设费用,确保施工工期和安全,可供类似项目提供借鉴与参考。
Taking Hongtu Extra-long Tunnel of Dafenghua Expressway which is under construction as an example,the comprehensive construction technology for construction with water under the conditions of the tunnel crossing the Lianhuashan Fault Zone,the wide cracks of the checkerboard structure,high pressure and water-rich tuff and andesite porphyry strata has been summed up.These can solve many safety hazards such as water gushing and injuring people by high-pressure water during the construction with water.Aiming at the construction conditions where the water inflow at the tunnel face exceeds 1500m3/h and the water pressure exceeds 2MPa,comprehensive technologies and measures such as tunnel water inrush warnings,advanced draining to lower pressure,and manual with mechanical-arms rock drilling rig combined excavation have been adopted to reduce the water pressure.After the water outlet pressure drops below 0.5MPa,the construction process has been optimized to make the tunnel excavation safely and smoothly in the high-pressure water-rich section.Being compared with the advanced curtain grouting,the construction efficiency has been greatly increased,the construction schedule has been accelerated,the construction fee has been lower,and the construction period and safety have been guaranteed,which could provide reference for similar projects.
