摘要
软弱围岩条件下隧道施工存在技术难度高、安全风险大、进度缓慢等一系列问题。本文结合微台阶工法在兴隆山隧道施工中的应用,详细介绍微台阶工法施工特点及施工工艺流程,并对应用微台阶工法后兴隆山隧道工程进行效果评价。结果表明,采用微台阶工法可大幅提升隧道施工效率,且可有效控制隧道施工产生的不均匀沉降及收敛变形,减小了塌方概率,为软岩隧道顺利开挖提供保障,并取得了显著的经济效益。
Tunnel construction under the condition of weak surrounding rock has a series of problems such as high technical difficulty,high safety risk and slow progress. In combination with the application of micro-step method in the construction of Xinglongshan Tunnel,this paper introduces the construction characteristics and construction process of micro-step method in detail,and makes an evaluation on the engineering effects of the application of micro-step method in Xinglongshan Tunnel.The results show that the micro-step construction method can greatly improve the tunnel construction efficiency,and can effectively control the uneven settlement and convergence deformation caused by tunnel construction,reduce the probability of collapse,provide guarantee for the smooth excavation of soft rock tunnel,and achieve significant economic benefits.
