摘要
针对高压单芯交联电缆密封接头内部在线测温应用场景,该文设计了一种内置式无源无线声表面波传感器及其读取器。着重介绍了实现传感器响应信号高灵敏检测的射频电路设计细节。将高压电缆铜线芯变成传感器接收天线的一部分,由于电缆线芯与读取天线的耦合作用,增强了响应信号。读取器采用高增益偶极子天线和自适应发射功率调节,提供足够强的激励信号;通过有效抑制或阻隔沿“路”或“场”传播的高频干扰,提高了信噪比和接收灵敏度。110 kV电缆试验结果表明,在接近实际运行条件下,所研制的样机不仅通信效果良好,且测温数据能准确反映电缆密封接头内部温度变化。
For the application of on-line temperature measurement in a sealed joint of high voltage single core XPLE cable,a built-in passive wireless surface acoustic wave sensor and its reader are designed in this paper.The design details of radio frequency circuit for realizing highly sensitive detection of response signal from the sensor are introduced.The copper core of high voltage cable is turned into a part of receiving antenna of the sensor,thus the coupling between the cable core and the reading antenna make the response signal enhance.In terms of the reader,the high gain dipole antenna and self-adaptive control of transmitting power are used to provide enough strong exciting signals.By effectively suppressing or blocking the high frequency interferences propagating along the“path”or“field”,the signal-to-noise ratio and receiver sensitivity are greatly improved.Under the condition close to the practical running environment,The test results of 110 kV cable show that,at the close to actual operating conditions,the developed prototype not only has good communication effect,but also the measured temperature data can accurately reflect the internal temperature change in the cable sealed joint.
