摘要
分析新形势下高校政府采购信息化平台建设的必要性和建设过程中存在的突出问题,针对"信息孤岛"问题、初期推行困难问题、平台维护问题与平台安全性问题,提出新形势下高校政府采购信息化平台建设的一些建议。
Analyzing the necessity of university government procurement information platform under the new situation and the outstanding problems in the construction process.Aiming at the problems of"information islands",initial implementation difficulties,system maintenance issues and system security issues,some suggestions for the university government procurement information platform under the new situation are proposed.
