塑料食品包装中苯乙酮类化合物的含量测定 被引量:1

Determination of Acetophenones in Plastic Food Packaging

摘要 对塑料食品包装中4种新兴苯乙酮类化合物(APs)含量进行分析,需要对超声萃取方法进行优化,将乙腈作为萃取溶剂,超声萃取2次,每次20 min,将得到的萃取液合并、浓缩后,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)进行分析。采用优化后的GC-MS分析方法进行验证。结果表明,4种APs的检出限在0.01~0.03 mg/L之间,定量限在0.02~0.03 mg/L之间。由空白标准添加实验的结果可知,该方法的相对标准偏差在2%~7%之间,回收率在83.3%~110.0%之间。因此,该分析方法的检出限和定量限较低,准确度和精密度较高,适合于塑料食品.包装中4种APs的检测分析。经过验证,将该分析方法应用于实际样品分析中,结果表明,在120个市售塑料食品包装中,共有8个样品中含有4种APs,其中,4-乙氧基苯乙酮及对羟基苯乙酮在所分析的4种APs中的使用较为广泛。 In order to determine the contents of four emerging acetophenones( APs) in plastic food packaging,the sonic extraction method was first optimized. Acetonitrile was used as the solvent and each sample was extracted twice and20 min each time. The extracts were combined and concentrated before the analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS). The GC-MS method was established and validated. The results showed that the detection limits of four APs were in the range of 0. 01 ~ 0. 03 mg/L. While the quantification limits of four APs were between 0. 02 ~0. 03 mg/L. The blank standard addition experiments indicated that the relative standard deviations were between 2% ~7%,and the recoveries were between 83. 3% ~ 110. 0%. The proposed method was low at limits of detection and quantification and high at accuracy and precision,which was suitable for the analysis of four APs in plastic food packagings.The validated method was then used for the analysis of real samples. In the 120 plastic food packaging samples purchased in the local markets,four APs were detected in eight samples. 4-Ethoxyacetophenone and 4-hydroxyacetophenone were found to be widerly used in the positive samples.
