摘要
目的:本研究对新疆患乳房炎奶牛新鲜牛奶进行致病菌分离鉴定及抗生素敏试验,为奶牛乳房炎的防治提供理论依据。方法:从新疆乌鲁木齐西山奶牛养殖场采集7头患乳房炎奶牛的新鲜牛奶,采用血平板分离培养并16S rDNA序列分析以及采用纸片扩散法,检测主要致病菌对药物纸片的敏感程度。结果:显示7份牛奶样品中共分离得到6种不同的细菌,分别为无乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性葡萄球菌、腐生葡萄球菌和芽孢杆菌属的2种细菌。金黄色葡萄球菌和无乳链球菌对环丙沙星和林可霉素高度敏感。结论:其中无乳链球菌为7份样品中发现的细菌认为引起奶牛乳房炎主要的致病菌,1份样品中除发现无乳链球菌,还有金黄色葡萄球菌,说明金黄色葡萄球菌和无乳链球菌合并感染。金黄色葡萄球菌和无乳链球菌感染的奶牛用药时首选用环丙沙星和林可霉素。
Objective:The purpose of project was to isolation and identification of cow mastitis pathogens.Method:Collected milk samples from Xishan dairy farm,Urumqi,Xinjiang.Using blood-agar plates isolation of pathogens bacteria,and finally molecular identification by analysis of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)–amplified 16S rDNA sequence and detection the drug sensitivity of main pathogenic bacteria.Result:6 different bacteria had isolated from milk by culturing with blood-agar medium.All of the strains were gram–positive,based on analysis of 16S rDNA gene sequence showed that two strains found to be bacilli,one of Streptococcus agalactiae,one of Staphylococcus haemolyticus,one of Staphylococcus aureus and one of staphylococcus saprophyticus.The strains of Streptococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae are hypersensitive to ciprofloxacin and lincomycin.Conclusion:The results showed that the major pathogenic bacteria causing mastitis was Streptococcus agalactiae,and some occur combined Streptococcus agalactiae and Staphylococcus aureus infenction.
