摘要
本研究通过超声辅助醇提法提取苦参中的生物碱,再通过氨-氯法萃取和大孔吸附树脂进行纯化,纯化后的苦参碱经浓缩、冻干、复溶后,采用牛津杯抑菌圈法定性检测冻干粉对三种典型的痤疮致病菌:金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌以及痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌活性,并对苦参提取物用于祛痘类化妆品的应用性进行评估。结果显示本研究提取制备的苦参提取物对三种痤疮致病菌均有显著的抑制效果,其中对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制效果尤为显著,本研究制备的苦参提取物还具有较好的清除氧化自由基能力,苦参碱提取物具有良好的祛痘修复型化妆品应用开发价值。
In this study, the alkaloids in Sophora flavescentis were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction method, and then purified by ammonia-chlorine extraction as well as macroporous adsorption resins. The extracted matrine alkaloid were concentrated and lyophilized. The antibacterial activity of reconstituted Sophora flavescentis extracts were qualitatively evaluated by using Oxford cup test method for inhibition zone against three typical pathogenic bacteria of acne. The results show that the Sophora flavescentis extracts have significant inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Propionibacterium acnes. In addition, Sophora flavescentis extract also showed substantial activity in scavenging oxidative free radicals, and it expected to be used in the application and development of acne-repairing cosmetics.
