摘要
本研究采用正交设计法研究静电纺丝法工艺过程对聚己内酯纤维直径的影响因素。主要研究纺丝液浓度、纺丝电压、注射泵进料速率三个因素对于纤维直径的影响。结果表明溶液浓度是影响纤维直径最主要的因素,次要影响因素是纺丝电压、进料速率。同时成功制备了纤维直径分别为0.35±0.09μm,0.95±0.09μm,6.48±0.50μm的聚己内酯纤维支架,可作为基底模板,用于研究同种材料不同直径的纤维支架对细胞行为的影响。
The present study used the orthogonal design to study the electrospinning parameters that affect the diameter of polycaprolactone. Results show that the solution concentration is the most important factors that affect the fiber diameter, secondary factor is spinning voltage and feed rate. And fibrous membrane with diameter of 0.35±0.09 μm, 0.95±0.09 μm, 6.48±0.50 μm were successful prepared. The membranes can be used as a template to study cell behavior on different diameter of fiber scaffolds.
