摘要
以"百蜜5号"南瓜种子为试材,在一定红蓝光配比下(R∶B=9∶1),设置6种不同光照强度(80、120、160、200、240、280 W·m^(-2)),以普通日光灯为对照(CK),研究不同光照强度下LED红蓝光对南瓜幼苗生长及田间性状的影响,以期为培育南瓜壮苗寻找最适光源和培养高品质南瓜幼苗提供参考依据。结果表明:在光照强度为280 W·m^(-2)时,南瓜幼苗的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、净光合速率(Pn)、茎长达到最大值;在光照强度为160 W·m^(-2)时,根系活力、茎粗、地上和地下鲜质量以及地上干质量为最大值;在光照强度为120 W·m^(-2)时,气孔导度(Gs)、根长、壮苗指数为最大值;在光照强度为200 W·m^(-2)时,丙二醛(MDA)含量达到最低值,在光照强度为240 W·m^(-2)时,真叶数、地下干质量、根冠比达到最大值。综上可知,在南瓜幼苗的生根阶段选用120~160 W·m^(-2)的光照强度适合根系和幼苗的生长;选用200~280 W·m^(-2)有利于南瓜幼苗的其它阶段的生长发育。
Baimi No.5’pumpkin seeds were taken as materials,under a certain ratio of red and blue light(R∶B=9∶1),six different light intensities(80,120,160,200,240,280 W·m^(-2))were set,and the ordinary daylight was used as control(CK).The effects of LED red and blue light on the growth and field characters of pumpkin seedlings under different light intensities were studied,in order to provide a reference for finding the optimum light source and cultivating high quality pumpkin seedlings.The results showed that the soluble sugar,soluble protein,net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and stem length of pumpkin seedlings reached the maximum when the light intensity was 280 W·m^(-2).When the light intensity was 160 W·m^(-2),the root activity,stem diameter,aboveground and underground fresh weight and aboveground dry weight were the maximum;when the light intensity was 120W·m^(-2) stomatal conductance(Gs),root length and seedling index were the maximum;when the light intensity was 200 W·m^(-2),the MDA content reached the lowest value,and when the light intensity was 240 W·m^(-2),the true leaf number,underground dry weight and root-shoot ratio reached the maximum value.In summary,the light intensity in the range from 120 W·m^(-2) to 160 W·m^(-2)was suitable for the growth of roots and seedlings at the rooting stage of pumpkin seedlings.The light intensity in the range from 200W·m^(-2) to 280W·m^(-2) was conducive to the growth and development of pumpkin seedlings at other stages.
