摘要
当前的有声阅读处于高速发展时期。将鲁图数字资源平台听书频道作为研究对象,在文献阅读、问卷调查、读者访谈的基础上,构建数字有声阅读平台评价指标体系,并从听书频道的内容体验、服务体验、交流体验、情感体验和使用态度五方面开展读者满意度测评。对获得的数据进行信度与效度分析、人口统计学分析、基本数据分析、属性差异分析,得出不同指标下的满意度结果。通过分析结果发现目前公共图书馆移动有声资源建设中存在的不足,并提出相应的对策与建议。
Taking the Audio-Books Channel in Sdlib Digital Reading Platform as the breakthrough point,the paper studies the current situation of audio-books platform in public libraries in China.On the basis of literature reading,questionnaire survey and reader interview,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of digital audio-books platform,and carries out satisfaction evaluation from five aspects of content,service,communication,emotional experience and use attitude.The paper makes analysis of the reliability and validity,demography,basic data,attribute differences of the data and get the satisfaction results under different indicators.Through the analysis of the results,the paper finds out the deficiencies in the construction of audio-books in public libraries and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
