摘要
采用自主设计的施工工艺对盾构渣土进行处理并运用于实际工程中。结果表明:盾构渣土经运输后利用三级振动筛筛分,用螺旋洗砂机分离,尾砂回收一体机处理,排出的污水进入中转池经污水处理罐反应絮凝后用压滤机压榨最终成型为泥饼。该工艺通过对渣土的无害化处理,使盾构渣土处置进入资源化、减量化、无害化,减少因渣土消纳对工程建设的影响,为实际工程建设提供一种新思路。
In this paper,the shield tunneling sludge is treated with self-designed construction technology and applied in actual project.The results show that shield tunneling sludge soil is screened by three-stage vibrating screen after transportation,separated by spiral sand washer and treated by tailings recovery integrated machine.The discharged sewage enters the transfer tank and is flocculated by reaction in sewage treatment tank.After that,it is compressed and finally formed into mud cakes by pressure filter.This process makes the disposal of shield tunneling sludge into resource,quantity reduction and harmless by harmless disposal of sludge,and reduces the impact of sludge absorption on engineering construction,which provides a new idea for actual engineering construction.
