基于模糊控制的高占比风电系统自适应虚拟惯量及 调频参数补偿策略研究 被引量:12

Study on Adaptive Virtual Inertia and Frequency Modulation Parameter Compensation Strategy of High Proportion Wind Power System Based on Fuzzy Control

摘要 随着风电在电网中占比的大幅提高,传统同步发电机组占比减少,系统惯性降低,抵抗扰动故障风险能力下降。为提高高占比风电系统的频率稳定性,提出一种基于模糊控制的自适应虚拟惯量及调频参数补偿策略。首先分析扰动故障下不同风电占比对频率变化特性的影响,建立风机参与调频的数学模型以及高占比风电系统综合频率响应模型。其次针对风机定虚拟惯量控制在频率恢复过程中的不足,构建风机模糊自适应虚拟惯量及调频参数补偿方案。最后通过仿真算例验证风电虚拟惯量自适应模糊控制在提高系统频率稳定性方面的有效性。 With the substantial increase of wind power in the proportion of power grid,the proportion of traditional synchronous generator sets is decreased,the inertia of the system is decreased and the ability to resist the risk of disturbance failure is reduced.In order to improve frequency stability of wind power system with high proportion,a kind of adaptive virtual inertia and frequency modulation parameter compensation strategy based on fuzzy control is proposed.Firstly,the influence of different proportions of wind power on frequency change characteristics under disturbance faults is analyzed.The mathematical model of wind turbines participating in frequency modulation and a comprehensive frequency response model of high proportion wind power systems is set up.Then,in view of inefficiency of the fan fixed virtual inertia control in the frequency recovery process,the fuzzy adaptive virtual inertia and frequency modulation parameter compensation scheme is set up.Finally,the effectiveness of wind power virtual inertia adaptive fuzzy control in improving system frequency stability is verified by the simulation example.
