摘要
选取不同内饰开发方案的A、B两款车型作为研究对象,测试了两款车型在第一周、第二周、第三周、第四周的整车气味和VOC相关数据。结果表明:不同车内内饰配置的车型,整车气味、VOC随时间变化的趋势也有不同,某一车型是中间两周气味最差,而另一车型则是中间两周的气味最好。通过分析整车气味和TVOC、苯系物、醛类物质的相关性,找出了整车气味与TVOC的正相关性,但苯系物和醛类物质与整车气味的相关性仍未充分体现。
For two models with different interior development schemes,the vehicle odor and VOC data of the two models were tested in the first,second,third and fourth weeks.The results show that the different models with different interior decoration configurations also have different trends in the variation of vehicle odor and VOC.One model has the worst odor in the second week,while the other model has the best odor in the second week.By analyzing the correlation between vehicle odor and TVOC,benzene series and aldehyde substances,the positive correlation between vehicle odor and TVOC was found out.However,the correlation between benzene series and aldehydes and vehicle odor was still not fully reflected.
