摘要
目的探讨呼吸康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)康复的应用效果。方法选取2020年1—10月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的82例COPD患者作为研究对象,按照方便抽样法将其分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上应用呼吸康复护理,比较两组的肺功能指标、生活质量评分、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组的第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的SGRQ评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在COPD患者康复期落实呼吸康复护理模式对缓解患者临床症状具有确切效果,对于增加运动耐力有积极意义,有利于提高患者生活质量,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of respiratory rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 82 patients with COPD in Ningde Hospital Affiliated Ningde Normal University from January to October 2020 were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41)according to the convenience sampling method.Patients in the control group were provided with routine nursing,and in the observation group,patients were provided with respiratory rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Pulmonary function indicators,quality of life scores,St.George′s respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)scores,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistical significance in forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SGRQ scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of respiratory rehabilitation nursing mode during the rehabilitation of patients with COPD has a definite effect on alleviating the clinical symptoms of patients and a positive significance for increasing exercise endurance,and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of reference and promotion.
