摘要
木本海棠为我国著名观赏树种,外形优美且具有很高的经济价值。该植物的果实、叶片和花等器官富含脂类、糖类、维生素、蛋白质等多种营养成分和活性物质,具有抗氧化、抑菌、降血压、抗肿瘤等功效。本文综述了木本海棠中类黄酮、类胡萝卜素、氨基酸、酚类、单宁类、有机酸和多糖等生物活性物质的研究进展,并展望了木本海棠活性物质未来的研究方向,为拓展海棠种质资源及海棠功能性产品研发提供一定的参考。
Woody crabapple is a famous ornamental tree species in China,with beautiful appearance and high economic value.The fruits,leaves and flowers of this plant are rich in lipids,sugars,vitamins,proteins and other nutrients and active substances,which have the effects of antioxidation,bacteriostasis,antihypertensive and antitumor.In this paper,the research progress of bioactive substances such as flavonoids,carotenoids,amino acids,phenols,tannins,organic acids and polysaccharides in crabapple was reviewed,and the future research direction of the bioactive substances in crabapple was prospected,so as to improve the utilization rate of woody crabapple germplasm resources.Provide a certain reference for the expansion of Begonia germplasm resources and the research and development of Begonia functional products.
