高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测不同果蔬中7种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂 被引量:4

Simultaneous Determination of 7 Strobilurin Fungicides in Different Substrates by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时快速测定水果蔬菜中7种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂残留的方法。样品用乙腈提取、氨基柱固相萃取柱净化,采用HPLC-MS/MS电喷雾正离子多反应模式监测,采用基质标曲进行外标法定量。结果显示,在1~50 ng/mL浓度范围内,7种目标物的线性关系良好,相关系数r均大于0.99;在3个加标水平下,方法的回收率在72.1%~95.5%,相对标准偏差在1.5%~6.7%,方法定量限(LOQ)为3.0μg/kg。该方法便捷、准确,适用于不同水果蔬菜中甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂的快速确证和定量测定。 A method was established by using a high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of 7 strobilurin fungicides in fruits and vegetables.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up on NH2-SPE column,analyzed by positive electrospray ionization(ESI)and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM),and quantitatively determinated by matrix matched calibration.The results showed a good linearity in the range of 1~50μg/L(r≥0.99),the average recoveries at three spiked levels were between 72.1%~95.5%with relative standard deviations within 1.5%~6.7%.The method quantification limits were 3.0μg/kg.The method was accurate and efficient,and was suitable for the rapid confirmation and quantitation of the strobilurin fungicides in different fruits and vegetables.
