亚临界水提取灵芝酸性和中性三萜的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为优化亚临界水提取灵芝酸性和中性三萜的工艺参数,采用正交试验方法,考察提取温度、压力、时间对提取结果的影响,以HPLC法测定灵芝酸性和中性三萜含量。结果表明,亚临界水提取灵芝三萜的优化条件为料液比1︰16,温度180℃,压力4 MPa,提取时间10 min。此条件下灵芝酸性三萜得率为1.132 mg/g,中性三萜得率为0.582 mg/g。结论:亚临界水提取灵芝酸性和中性三萜,较超临界CO_(2)提取方法成本低,较传统的乙醇回流方法提取时间明显缩短,且不含有机溶剂,是一种于环境友好的产业化提取技术。 In order to optimize the process parameters of acidic and neutral triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum by subcritical water extraction(SWE).The effects of extraction temperature,pressure and time on the results were investigated by orthogonal test.The acidic and neutral triterpenoids of Ganoderma lucidum were determined by HPLC.The results showed thatthe optimum conditions of SWE extraction were:the solid-liquid ratio 1/16,tempereture 180℃,pressure 4 MPa,extraction time 10min.Under these conditions,the yield of acidic and neutral triterpenoids were 1.132 mg/g and 0.582 mg/g respectively.As an industrial extraction technology,the SWE is worthy for promotion,for its environmentally friendly,and compared with the supercritical CO_(2) extraction,the SWE could reduce the costs.Compared with the traditional ethanol reflux method,the SWE could shorten the extraction time,and containing no organic solution.
