摘要
在推进新型城镇化过程中,城市物流蔓延与城镇化发展的关系愈加复杂,探索二者的时空耦合关系有利于厘清二者协调发展的内在机理,从而引导城市规划。在解析城市物流蔓延与城镇化相互关系的基础上,构建了二者时空耦合协调模型,并利用2008—2016年全国土地市场物流用地数据,分析了城市物流蔓延与城镇化的耦合关系及演化规律。结果表明:我国城市物流蔓延与城镇化空间相关程度呈现不相关-负相关-正相关的变化规律,城市物流蔓延在城镇化发展进程中的积极作用逐渐凸显;低-低相关为二者局部相关性的主要类型,主要分布在四川东部、重庆、甘肃南部和陕西西部等欠发达地区;2008年我国多数城市耦合协调值在0.6以下,92.1%的城市处于失调状态,至2016年则有67.4%的城市物流蔓延与城镇化间处于濒临失调和初级协调状态,物流用地蔓延逐渐适应城镇化的发展,二者耦合协调水平不断提升。
In the process of promoting new urbanization,the relationship between urban logistics sprawl and urbanization development is more and more complex.Exploring the spatio-temporal coupling relation between them is helpful to clarify the internal mechanism of their coordinated development,so as to guide urban planning.Based on the analysis of the relationship between urban logistics sprawl and urbanization development,the spatio-temporal coupling model of them is constructed,and the coupling relation and evolution law between urban logistics sprawl and urbanization are analyzed based on the Data of logistics land in national land market from 2008 to 2016.The result shows that(1)The spatial correlation degree of urban logistics sprawl and urbanization in China shows the change rule from uncorrelation to negative correlation to positive correlation,the positive role of urban logistics sprawl in the process of urbanization development is gradually highlighted.(2)Low-low correlation is the main type of local correlation,mainly distributed in eastern Sichuan,Chongqing,southern Gansu and western Shaanxi and other underdeveloped areas.(3)In 2008,the coupling coordination values of most cities in China were below 0.6,and 92.1%of the cities were in a state of imbalance.In 2016,67.4%of the cities were on the verge of imbalance and primary coordination between logistics sprawl and urbanization,logistics land sprawl gradually adapted to the development of urbanization,and the coupling coordination level of the two was constantly improving.
