摘要
目的研究对重症肺炎患者无创正压通气治疗中应用综合气道护理的效果。方法于我院患者中随机抽取68例,分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组增加综合气道护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)明显高于对照组,PaCO_(2)明显低于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、气促、喘憋、肺啰音症状好转时间明显短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组机械通气时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎患者正压通气治疗期间实施综合气道护理有利于改善血气指标,快速缓解临床症状,缩短机械通气治疗和住院的时间,具有较高推广价值,促进患者早日出院。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive airway nursing in the treatment of severe pneumonia patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation.Methods Sixty-eight patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive airway nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and PaCO_(2) was significantly lower than that of the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement time of the symptoms of cough,shortness of breath,wheezing,and pulmonary rales in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive airway nursing in patients with severe pneumonia during the treatment of positive pressure ventilation is conducive to improving blood gas index,rapidly relieving clinical symptoms,shortening the time of mechanical ventilation treatment and hospitalization,which has high promotion value and promotes the early discharge of patients.
