混合式教学在应用型本科高校课程教学中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 探讨了混合式教学在应用型本科高校课程教学中的应用对策。概述了混合式教学发展历程与内涵,分析了应用型本科高校混合式教学存在的问题,具体表现在教学改革认知存在偏差,教学改革落实不到位,教师水平有待提高,评价机制不够完善。提出了混合式教学在应用型本科高校课程教学中的应用对策,即:促进教学模式改革,教师应转变教学理念,根据学生特点因材施教,制定科学合理的教学方案;提高教师专业素养,教师要熟练掌握专业知识,运用先进技术手段开展课程教学,全面把握教学模式和课程呈现方式;建立完善评价机制,建立师生互评、生生互评的评价机制,打破固有的传统评价模式,全面分析教师的教学情况及学生的学习情况,促进教学效果的提升。 The research explores the countermeasures of the application of hybrid teaching in course teaching of applied universities,summarizes the course and connotation of hybrid teaching development,and analyzes the problems of hybrid teaching in applied universities,i.e.the deviation of teaching reform cognition,insufficient implement of teaching reform,the necessity of the improvement of teaching level,and the imperfect evaluation mechanism.Countermeasures of the application of hybrid teaching in course teaching of applied universities are proposed,i.e.teachers should change teaching concept,teach students according to student’s own characteristics,and formulate scientific and rational teaching scheme to promote teaching mode reform;teachers should acquire professional knowledge effectively,apply advanced technical means,develop course teaching,and comprehensively grasp teaching mode and course presenting mode to improve teacher’s professional literacy.It is suggested to establish perfect evaluation mechanism,construct teacher-student and student-student mutual evaluation mechanism,break inherent traditional evaluation mode,and comprehensively analyze teaching and learning situation,in order to promote teaching effect.
