摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者给予精细化护理干预对其糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、丙谷转氨酶(ALT)水平的影响。方法随机选取该院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者共60例为研究对象,采取数字表随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取常规2型糖尿病管理方案,观察组以此为基础给予精细化护理干预,对比两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、HbA1c、TG、ALT、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐与体质变化(Cr)。结果干预后,观察组FPG(6.32±0.46)mmol/L、2 hPG(9.59±0.61)mmol/L、HbA1c(6.37±0.30)%、TG(2.23±0.39)、ALT(28.25±9.23)、BUN(6.39±1.23)、Cr(96.14±12.69)mmol/L均低于对照组(7.48±0.43)mmol/L、(11.06±1.23)mmol/L、(6.91±0.34)%、(3.14±0.53)、(34.21±10.59)、(7.69±1.35)、(103.49±13.28)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=10.090、5.864、6.523、7.575、2.324、3.899、2.192,P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者给予精细化护理干预能够更好的改善其血糖水平,调节代谢水平,改善患者的体质情况,稳定机体内环境。
Objective To study the effect of refined nursing interventions on patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)on their glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triacylglycerol(TG),and glutamic acid transaminase(ALT)levels.Methods Randomly select 60 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were included as the research objects.The number table was randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases each.The control group adopted the conventional type 2 diabetes management plan,and the observation group was given refined nursing intervention on this basis.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),HbA1c,TG,ALT,serum Urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine and physical changes(Cr)of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the observation group FPG(6.32±0.46)mmol/L,2 hPG(9.59±0.61)mmol/L,HbA1c(6.37±0.30)%,TG(2.23±0.39)mmol/L,ALT(28.25±9.23)mmol/L,BUN(6.39±1.23)mmol/L,Cr(96.14±12.69)mmol/L were lower than the control group(7.48±0.43)mmol/L,(11.06±1.23)mmol/L,(6.91±0.34)%,(3.14±0.53)mmol/L,(34.21±10.59)mmol/L,(7.69±1.35)mmol/L,(103.49±13.28)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.090,5.864,6.523,7.575,2.324,3.899,2.192,P<0.05).After the intervention,the waist circumference,hip circumference and body weight of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes can better improve their blood glucose levels,regulate their metabolic levels,improve their physical condition,and stabilize their internal environment by giving meticulous nursing interventions.
