摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预及胃肠道护理对重症呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间满意度的作用。方法:2019年4月-2020年3月收治重症呼吸衰竭患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理;试验组采取综合护理+胃肠道护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/用力肺活量(FVC)、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))及动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以重症呼吸衰竭患者综合护理干预配合胃肠道护理干预,对于改善患者肺功能、血气指标以及稳定情绪均具有积极意义,提升了治疗效果,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention and gastrointestinal nursing on the satisfaction of patients with severe respiratory failure during treatment.Methods:From April 2019 to March 2020,80 patients with severe respiratory failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group took routine care.The experimental group took comprehensive care combined with gastrointestinal care intervention.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC,PaO_(2) and PaCO_(2) after nursing in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with gastrointestinal nursing intervention for patients with severe respiratory failure has positive significance in improving patients'lung function,blood gas indicators and stabilizing mood,improving the treatment effect and increasing patient satisfaction.
