摘要 导致脊柱发生退变的因素众多,其发生机制未完全阐明。脊柱退变是脊柱疾病的主要病因之一,如颈腰椎椎间盘退变、退变性椎体滑脱、退变性脊柱侧弯、术后邻椎病变等都与其密切相关。
