摘要
蛋白酶是一种重要的工业用酶制剂。本试验从土壤中筛选出1株产蛋白酶水平较高的菌株S-3,通过生理生化鉴定和16S rDNA基因序列分析,鉴定其为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)。本试验为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌应用于蛋白酶生产提供了依据。
Protease is an important industrial enzyme preparation.In this experiment,a strain of S-3 with a high level of protease production was selected from the soil,and it was identified as Bacillus velezensis through physiological and biochemical identification and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis.This experiment provided a basis for the application of Bacillus velezensis in protease production.
