摘要
设计合成了一个可检测和区别半胱氨酸(Cys)、高半胱氨酸(Hcy)以及谷胱甘肽(GSH)的荧光探针1。通过将染料7-硝基苯并-2-氧杂-1,3-二唑(NBD)和马来酰亚胺基团引入3-氨基-7-羟基香豆素的两端,利用双重PET和ICT机理来降低探针自身荧光背景,同时结合2个不同的荧光团来提高选择性。此探针不仅易于制备,而且可以在温和的条件下,在水溶液中高选择性和高灵敏性的检测和区分Cys、Hcy以及GSH。
Fluorescent probe 1 was designed and synthesized,which can simultaneously detect and distinguish among Cys,Hcy and GSH,by adding both 4-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazol(NBD)and maleimide groups onto the ends of the fluorophore 3-amino-7-hydroxycoumarin.The probe features dual-PET and ICT mechanisms was considered to reduce the fluorescence background and dual cyclizations to improve selectivity.The probe was conveniently prepared and could detection and differentiate these important aminothiols with high selectivity and high sensitivity in the aqueous solution under mild conditions.
