摘要
对煤矿塌陷区进行规划改造有助于解决煤炭资源型城市历史遗留问题,促进资源型城市转型发展。邢台市中央生态公园是基于煤矿塌陷区进行改造,文章在对中央生态公园建设战略目标分析的基础上,提出了对其进行规划设计应当遵循的七大战略目标。并在此前提下提出独具特色的"一环六区"规划布局和"五湖十二湾"风景结构思路,总结了中央生态公园提供的八大平台系统。之所以剖析邢台市中央生态公园的规划设计思路,也是意欲为同类型城市生态公园规划建设提供借鉴。
The planning and transformation of coal mine subsidence area is helpful to solve the historical problems of coal resource-based cities and promote the transformation and development of resource-based cities.Xingtai Central Ecological Park is based on the transformation of coal mine subsidence area.Based on the analysis of the strategic objectives of the construction of the Central Ecological Park,the paper puts forward seven strategic objectives that should be followed in its planning and design.On this premise,the unique planning layout of"one ring and six districts"and the landscape structure of"five lakes and twelve bays"are put forward,and the eight platform systems provided by the central ecological park are summarized.And the paper analyzes the planning and design ideas of Xingtai Central Ecological Park,in order to provide reference for the planning and construction of the same type of urban ecological park.
