摘要 目的探讨临床教学研究的选题思路和基本方法,以期对住院医师规范化培训教学设计及优化提供借鉴和参考。方法收集临床教学研究相关文献,提炼归纳临床教学科研的选题方向及研究方法,并以文献示例的形式展示教学研究过程。结果临床教学科研的选题应基于教学中的热点、难点,同时结合临床具体需求来开展研究,可针对改进教学方式、提高学生学习能力、优化考核方式等教学实践过程中的难点进行选题,也可紧扣医学人文教研的临床教学研究热点进行选题。综合运用定量和定性研究方法将有助于更好评估临床教学研究效果。结论科学有效地开展教学研究不仅能够及时衡量和反馈住院医师的学习状况,也有助于教学师资获得有益信息,从而改善临床教学效果。而在临床教学实践中应用合适的方法学,同时结合教学中的热点、重点和难点问题建立课题,探索解决方法,将有助于开展临床教学研究,进而提高临床教学水平。 Objective To explore the topic selection and basic methods of teaching research in clinical work in order to promote the efficient development of clinical education research.Methods Based on the relevant literatures of clinical teaching research,this rasearch extracted and summarized the topic selection direction and research methods of clinical teaching research,and demonstrated the teaching research process in the form of literature examples.Results The topic selection should be based on the hot spots and difficulties in the clinical teaching,and combined with the specific needs in clinical work.The topics could be selected according to the difficulties in teaching practice such as"improving teaching methods","improving students'learning ability"and"optimizing assessment methods",or closely related to the hot spots of"medical humanities teaching and research"in clinical teaching research.And according to the previous literatures on clinical teaching research,the common research methods of clinical teaching research could be summarized as experimental methods,observation methods,questionnaire methods,intervention methods,summary methods and case methods.Conclusion Scientific and effective teaching research can not only reflect the learning status of medical students,but also help teachers to acquire useful information so as to improve the clinical teaching effect.The application of appropriate methodology in clinical teaching practice,and the combination with the hot and difficult issues in teaching to establish research topics and explore solutions,will be helpful to carry out clinical teaching research,and improve the level of clinical teaching.
