摘要
针对新能源汽车车身的轻量化,分析了压铸工艺及铝合金材料的特点,介绍了基于铝合金高压压铸工艺的一体化大型车身零件的研发现状,给出了几种钢铝材料之间连接的方式。
Aiming at the lightweight of new energy vehicle body,this paper analyzes the characteristics of die-casting process and aluminum alloy materials,introduces the research and development status of integrated large-scale body parts based on aluminum alloy high-pressure die-casting process,and presents several ways of connecting steel and aluminum materials.
