摘要
目的本文在研究异甘草酸镁注射液联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎的效果及对肝纤维化指标的影响过程中,注重把握乙型肝炎的治疗有效对策,从而总结临床经验,为疾病治疗提供重要的参考及指引。方法结合河南省中医药研究院附属医院2018年7月—2019年7月收治的80例乙型肝炎患者的情况,采取随机分组的方式,将80例乙型肝炎患者分为观察组和对照组。其中,观察组患者40例,对照组患者40例。观察组患者采用异甘草酸镁注射液联合恩替卡韦治疗方式,对照组则采用常规的治疗方式,利用恩替卡韦进行治疗,之后对比观察组和对照组临床疗效。结果通过对实验数据进行归纳和整理,对比观察组和对照组治疗乙型肝炎的效果来看,观察组的治疗效果要明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在进行乙型肝炎患者治疗过程中,要注重对传统治疗方法进行创新,采用异甘草酸镁注射液联合恩替卡韦进行治疗,从而提升疗效,以促进患者肝纤维化指标的有效改善,为医学临床实践提供重要的参考及指引。
Objective To study the effect of Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection combined with Entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B and its influence on liver fibrosis index,we should pay attention to grasp the effective treatment strategies of hepatitis B,so as to summarize clinical experience and provide important reference and guidance for disease treatment.Methods Totally 80 cases of hepatitis B patients in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Among them,40 patients in the observation group and 40 patients in the control group.The observation group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection combined with entecavir,while the control group was treated with conventional treatment and entecavir.Results By summarizing and sorting out the experimental data,the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with hepatitis B,we should pay attention to the innovation of traditional treatment methods,and use magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection combined with entecavir for treatment,so as to improve the curative effect,promote the effective improvement of liver fibrosis indexes of patients,and provide important reference and guidance for medical clinical practice.
