摘要
目的了解脑卒中患者恢复期症状负担现状及影响因素,为实施有效干预提供参考。方法以便利抽样方法选取393例恢复期脑卒中患者为对象,采用脑卒中患者症状负担量表进行问卷调查。结果脑卒中患者的症状负担均分为(2.08±0.73)分,6个症状负担维度得分由高到低依次为躯体及自理能力、步态异常、心理症状、疼痛症状、说话不清与疲乏、认知功能。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、配偶状态、患病时间是脑卒中恢复期患者症状负担的主要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论脑卒中恢复期患者症状负担较重,主要的负担是躯体及自理能力、步态异常,年龄大、无配偶、患病时间短的患者感知的症状负担较重,应成为医护人员关注的重点。
Objective To explore the level and associated factors of symptom burden among convalescent stroke patients,and to provide reference for targeted intervention.Methods A total of 393 convalescent stroke patients were selected using convenience sampling and were surveyed in terms of their symptom burden.Results The mean score of symptom burden was 2.08±0.73 and the dimension scores listed in descending were:physical and self-care ability,gait abnormality,psychological symptoms,pain symptoms,slurred speech and fatigue,and cognitive function.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,with or without spouse and disease duration were influencing factors of symptom burden among convalescent stroke patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Stroke patients during the convalescent phase experience severe symptom burden,especially in physical and self-management domain as well as abnormal gait.Patients with older age or shorter duration of disease,and those without spouse report more severe symptom burden,and should be paid attention by medical staff.
