摘要
电商扶贫是国家精准扶贫政策的重要抓手之一。以毛豆为代表的特色农产品,被列入国家支持扶贫产业之一。但目前农产品销售过程中存在的电商人才缺乏、没有专业垂直电商平台、农产品销售周期短、物流设施不完善等问题严重制约了电商扶贫工作的开展。以亳州市谯城区毛豆种植户为例,构建"政府+电商直播+企业+合作社+豆农"的电商精准扶贫模式和发展路径,可有效帮助农民实现小康。
Poverty alleviation through e-commerce is one of the important starting points of the national targeted poverty alleviation policy.Characteristic agricultural products represented by edamame have been listed as the national supporting poverty alleviation industries.However,the shortage of professional e-commerce talents,the shortage of vertical e-commerce platforms,short sales cycle of agricultural products and imperfect logistics facilities of agricultural products seriously restrict the development of poverty alleviation work through e-commerce.Taking the edamame farmers in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City as an example,building the targeted poverty alleviation mode and the development path of"government+e-commerce live broadcast+enterprise+cooperatives+edamame farmers"can effectively help farmers get rid of poverty and become rich.
