摘要
通过选取新疆五彩湾矿区民用块煤,与内蒙古神东矿区烟煤、山西晋城无烟煤煤样进行比较,实验模拟散煤在民用直燃炉和民用反烧炉中的燃烧,对民用散煤的煤质特性、烟气污染物浓度进行比较。研究结果表明,新疆五彩湾矿区块煤具有特低灰、特低硫、高挥发分的优势,烟气污染物测试结果符合大气污染物排放标准,是符合国家环保要求的优质动力煤和民用煤。
This paper selected civil lump coal from Wucaiwan Mining Area of Xinjiang,compared with bituminous coal from Shendong Mining Area in Inner Mongolia and anthracite coal from Jincheng in Shanxi,simulated the combustion of bulk coal in civil direct fired furnace and civil reverse fired furnace,and compared the coal quality characteristics and smoke pollutant concentration of civil bulk coal.The results showed that the lump coal in Wucaiwan Mining Area of Xinjiang has the advantages of ultra-low ash,ultra-low sulfur and high volatile.The test results of flue gas pollutants meet the emission standards of air pollutants.It is a high-quality steam coal and civil coal that meets the requirements of national environmental protection.
