工艺矿物学在新疆某铜矿浮选尾矿降尾工艺试验中的应用研究 被引量:7

Study on the Application of Process Mineralogy in the Process Test of Flotation Tailings Reduction of a Copper Mine in Xinjiang

摘要 针对新疆某单一铜矿石选矿厂浮选尾矿铜品位(0.065%)较高的问题,对其浮选尾矿进行工艺矿物学研究,开展降尾工艺试验研究,最终采用浮选尾矿分级抛尾、粗粒级(+0.15mm)尾矿再磨再选的浮选工艺流程,获得了精矿铜品位20.13%、铜回收率95.75%的铜精矿。尾矿铜品位可降至0.040%,比现场生产的铜品位降低了0.025百分点,达到了降低尾矿品位的目的。 In view of the high copper grade(0.065%)of flotation tailings from a single copper ore concentrator in Xinjiang,the process mineralogy of flotation tailings was studied,and the experimental study on reducing tailings was carried out,and finally the flotation flowsheet of discarding tailings by classification and regrinding and reconcentration of coarse tailings(+0.15 mm)was adopted.Copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.13%and copper recovery of 95.75%was obtained.The copper grade of the tailings can be reduced to 0.040%,which is 0.025 percentage points lower than that of the copper grade produced on site,and the purpose of reducing the copper grade of the tailings is achieved.
