摘要
目的探讨司维拉姆在慢性肾衰竭伴高磷血症患者中的降磷效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年5月本院收治的80例慢性肾衰竭伴高磷血症患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用醋酸钙片治疗,观察组采用碳酸司维拉姆片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、炎症细胞因子水平、血清指标及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,CRP、血磷水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论司维拉姆应用于慢性肾衰竭伴高磷血症患者,可有效降低患者血磷水平,改善患者炎症细胞因子水平和血清学指标,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of sevelamer on reducing phosphorus in patients with chronic renal failure complicated with hy-perphosphatemia.Methods 80 patients with chronic renal failure complicated with hyperphosphatemia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated calcium with acetate tablets,and the observation group was treated sevelamer carbonate tablets.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory cytokine levels,serum indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the levels of CRP and blood phosphorus were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant differ-ence in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The application of sevelamer in chronic renal failure patients with hyperphosphatemia can effectively reduce the level of serum phosphorus,improve the levels of inflammatory cytokines and serological indexes of patients,and the safety of drug using is relatively high.
