摘要
目的:探讨临床在诊断股骨颈骨折患者时分别应用X线检查与CT影像检查的价值。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年1月在本院就医的股骨颈骨折患者72例,所有患者均接受X线检查(常规组)和CT检查(实验组),统计并比较两组诊断结果。结果:实验组骨折检出率与骨折碎片检出率显著高于常规组,实验组Garden分型诊断总准确率显著高于常规组,实验组骨折类型总检出率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨颈骨折患者诊断中,以CT影像方式进行诊断,可显著提升临床诊断准确率,适宜深入研究与推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of X line examination and CT imaging examination in the diagnosis of femoral neck fracture.Methods The cases were selected in 2019.06—2021.01,72 patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital.All patients received X line examination(routine group)and CT examination(experimental group).The diagnosis results of the two groups were counted and compared.Results The detection rate of fracture and fracture fragments in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,the total accuracy of Garden classification in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the total detection rate of fracture types in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Diagnosis of femoral neck fracture by CT imaging can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and is suitable for further research and application.
