摘要
目前,路侧泊车收费设备判断车辆是否驶入车位的主要方式为视频实时检测、激光检测以及红外检测等,存在功耗过高、精度较低等缺点。而该设计采用超声检测,功耗较低、精度较高。该方案基于超声波测距原理,采用收发一体式探头,介绍了超声波发射接收电路、电源电路以及ELMOS公司的超声波芯片E524.09等。超声波芯片E524.09接收到STM32单片机指令,其内部振荡器发出52kHz脉冲信号,回波信号由E524.09处理后,经ADC进行模数转换,最终将计算结果发送至上位机。通过对超声波包络数据的计算,该方案不仅可以精确地检测出车辆,也可排除交通锥等干扰,精度可达99.7%。故该设计符合项目实际需求。
At present,the main way of roadside parking tolling equipment to determine whether the vehicle is driving into the parking space is video real-time detection,laser detection and infrared detection,etc.,which have disadvantages such as high pow⁃er consumption and low precision.The design uses ultrasonic testing,which has low power consumption and high precision.Based on the principle of ultrasonic ranging,the scheme adopts a transceiver-integrated probe,and introduces the ultrasonic transmitting and receiving circuit,the power supply circuit,and the ultrasonic chip E524.09 of ELMOS.The ultrasonic chip E524.09 receives the STM32 MCU instruction,and its internal oscillator emits a 52 kHz pulse signal.After the echo signal is processed by E524.09,it performs analog-to-digital conversion by ADC,and finally the calculation result is sent to the host computer.Through the calcula⁃tion of ultrasonic envelope data,the scheme can not only detect the vehicle accurately,but also eliminate the interference of traffic cone,the accuracy can reach 99.7%.Therefore,the design meets the actual needs of the project.
