摘要
目的系统地评价火针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法依据Meta分析要求,全面检索CNKI、VIP、CBM、万方等数据库,选择针灸技术中的火针疗法作为研究对象,统计治疗肱骨外上髁炎的随机对照试验(RCT)和临床对照试验(CCT)的研究文献,文献的检索年限为建库至2019年12月。采用Cochrane协作网提供的Review Manager 5.3软件进行数据的Meta分析。结果最终共纳入15篇文献,累计报道患者1100例(试验组562例,对照组538例);在治疗总有效率和治愈率方面,火针疗法单独运用或联合其他疗法效果显著,结果具有统计学意义;在改善VAS评分方面,火针疗法单独运用或联合其他疗法优于其他疗法,差异具有统计学意义,所有文献均未报道不良反应的发生。结论火针单独运用或联合其他疗法在治疗肱骨外上髁炎方面疗效显著,对肱骨外上髁炎的实验研究和临床治疗起到一定的指导作用。
Objective To Systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of fire acupuncture in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis.Methods According to the requirements of meta analysis,we searched CNKI,VIP,CBM,WanFang,and selected fire needle as the intervention measure to treat lateralepicondylitis,which was randomized controlled experiment or clinical controlled experiment.The time limit of literature retrieval was from the day of database set up to December 2019.Using Revman 5.3Meta analysis softwarewhich is provided by Cochrane Collaboration Network to analyze the final data.Results Totally 1100 patients(562 cases in the experimental group and 538 cases in the control group)were reported in 15 articles.In terms of the total effective rate and cure rate,the fire needle therapy alone or in combination with other therapies was higher than other therapies,and the results were statistically significant.In terms of improving VAS score,the fire needle therapy alone or in combination with other therapies was superior to other therapies.The results were statistically significant.Conclusion Fire acupuncture alone or combined with other therapies has advantages in the treatment of epicondylitis,will play a guiding role in experimental research and clinical treatment of lateral epicondylitis.
