摘要
目的:了解食品类专业在校大学生的营养素养现状,为营养课程改革提供参考。方法:通过线上平台发放调查问卷,收集学生营养知识、态度、行为及基本信息。结果:在校生营养知识平均分为(73±14)分,不同年级、不同性别对比得分均无显著性差异(p>0.05);认为营养知识重要的人数达93.64%,不同年级之间对比差异不具有显著性,女性大学生态度积极率明显高于男性(p<0.05);大多数大学生在食物选择上仍倾向于关注食物口感,大二学生吃早餐率明显高于大一学生(p<0.05),男性大学生运动明显好于女性大学生(p<0.05)。结论:被调查大学生营养知识和营养态度水平较高,整体营养行为水平有待提高。
Objective: To measure the nutritional literacy of food-related college students, find some problems, and provide references for the reform of nutrition courses. Methods: Online questionnaires were distributed to collect students’ nutrition knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and their basic information. Results: the average score of school students’ nutrition knowledge was 73±14. No significant difference was found in different genders or different grades(p>0.05);93.64% of the number of people who believed that nutritional knowledge was important. Also no significant difference was found in grades(p>0.05), but the positive rate of female college students was significantly higher than that of males(p<0.05);Nutritional behavior level needs to be improved. Most college students pay more attention to food taste when they choose food. The rate of breakfast-eating for sophomores is significantly higher than that of freshmen(p<0.05). Male college students exercise significantly better than female college students(p<0.05). Conclusion: The surveyed college students have qualified relatively high levels of nutrition knowledge and attitudes while the overall level of nutrition behavior needs to be improved.
