摘要
目的:分析上海大华地区2016—2020年手足口病流行病学特征,为制定手足口病干预措施提供依据。方法:用描述性方法分析上海大华地区2016—2020年手足口病流行特征,数据来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统。结果:上海大华地区2016—2020年手足口病的年平均发病率为122.54/10万,无重症、死亡病例。除2020以外,上海大华地区手足口病的发病水平呈现明显隔年增多趋势。从发病时间上看,6—7月份为手足口病的第一个高峰,8—10月份迎来手足口病的第二个高峰,但相比第一个高峰略有所下降。从发病年龄上来看,手足口病的病例主要集中在1~4岁年龄组,以散居儿童发病数最多。结论:上海大华地区手足口病呈现明显季节性和人群高发性。应针对手足口病的重点人群,特别是在高发季节,采取积极有效干预措施,以降低手足口病的发病率及发生聚集性疫情的风险。
Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in Dahua area from 2016 to 2020,and to provide basis for the development of HFMD intervention measures.Methods:The epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Dahua area of Shanghai from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed by descriptive method,and the data were from China disease control and prevention information system.Results:The HFMD average annual incidence rate of Dahua area,Shanghai from 2016 to 2020 was 122.54/100000,and there were no severe or death cases.Except for 2020,the incidence level showed an obvious increasing trend every other year.From the time of onset,the first peak was from June to July,the second peak was from August to October,and it was slightly lower than the first peak.Judging from the age of onset,the cases were mainly concentrated in the age group from 1 to 4 years,and the largest number of cases was in scattered children.Conclusion:HFMD presents obvious seasonality and high incidence among the population.Active and effective intervention measures should be taken for the key populations of HFMD,especially in the high-incidence season to reduce the incidence of HFMD and the risk of cluster epidemics.
