摘要
目的观察Invisalign矫治器在拔牙矫治中对磨牙的控制效果。方法80例正畸患者,均使用Invisalign矫治器进行拔牙矫治,比较治疗前后第一磨牙近中移动情况(左牙近中颊根根尖点、左牙远中颊根根尖点、左牙牙腭根根尖点、左牙近中边缘嵴、右牙近中颊根根尖点、右牙远中颊根根尖点、右牙牙腭根根尖点、右牙近中边缘嵴)和第一磨牙近中移动目标量和实际量的差别。结果治疗后,患者左牙近中颊根根尖点、左牙远中颊根根尖点、左牙牙腭根根尖点、左牙近中边缘嵴、右牙近中颊根根尖点、右牙远中颊根根尖点、右牙牙腭根根尖点、右牙近中边缘嵴移动量分别为(9.27±2.35)、(13.28±2.11)、(14.56±3.25)、(8.41±1.82)、(9.43±2.32)、(13.17±2.20)、(14.48±3.19)、(8.36±1.90)mm,均小于治疗前的(11.05±2.14)、(15.17±2.20)、(16.42±3.41)、(10.30±2.24)、(11.17±2.36)、(15.25±2.26)、(16.33±3.35)、(10.28±2.19)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左、右第一磨牙近中移动实际量与目标量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Invisalign矫治器能够控制支抗磨牙的近中移动,具有较好的临床效果。
Objective To observe the effect of Invisalign appliance on the control of molar during tooth extraction.Methods 80 orthodontic patients all used the Invisalign appliance for tooth extraction.The mesial movement of first molar(apical point of mesiobuccal root and distal buccal root of left tooth,apical point of palatal root of left tooth,mesial marginal ridge of left tooth,apical point of mesiobuccal root and distal buccal root of right tooth,apical point of palatal root of right tooth,mesial marginal ridge of right tooth)before and after treatment,and difference between target and actual mesial movement of first molar were compared.Results After treatment,the apical point of mesiobuccal root and distal buccal root of left tooth,apical point of palatal root of left tooth,mesial marginal ridge of left tooth,apical point of mesiobuccal root and distal buccal root of right tooth,apical point of palatal root of right tooth,mesial marginal ridge of right tooth movement of patients were(9.27±2.35),(13.28±2.11),(14.56±3.25),(8.41±1.82),(9.43±2.32),(13.17±2.20),(14.48±3.19)and(8.36±1.90)points,which were less than(11.05±2.14),(15.17±2.20),(16.42±3.41),(10.30±2.24),(11.17±2.36),(15.25±2.26),(16.33±3.35)and(10.28±2.19)points before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between actual movement of the left and right first molars in the mesial and the target movement(P>0.05).Conclusion Invisalign appliance can control the mesial movement of the anchored molars,and has a good clinical effect.
