摘要
目的探讨护士隐性缺勤与心理一致感的关系。方法通过整群抽样方法,采用一般资料问卷、斯坦福隐性缺勤量表和心理一致感量表对安徽省38所三级医院的5334名护士进行问卷调查,对数据进行统计学处理。结果护士隐性缺勤得分为18.00(14.00,21.00)分,其中隐性缺勤高组人数为2798人,占比52.46%;护士心理一致感得分为55.00(47.00,63.00)分;Spearman秩相关分析结果显示护士心理一致感水平与隐性缺勤行为呈负相关(P<0.01),Logistic回归分析结果显示年龄、婚姻状况、白班负责患者数、可理解感、可控制感、有意义感为安徽省三级医院护士隐性缺勤的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论安徽省三级医院护士隐性缺勤现象较为严重,护士心理一致感处于低水平状态,护士隐性缺勤行为的频度受其心理一致感水平的影响,护理管理者应通过有效性干预措施提高护士心理一致感水平,进而降低隐性缺勤发生率。
Objective To explore the correlation between presenteeismin and the sense of coherence.Methods Using convenient sampling method,5334 nurses from 38 tertiary hospitals in Anhui Province were surveyed by the General Information Questionnaire,Stanford Presenteeismin Scale and Sense of Coherence.The relevant data was statistically processed.Results The score of presenteeismin in nurses was 18.00(14.00,21.00),among which the number of high presenteeismin group was 2798,accounting for 52.46%.The score of psychological congruence in nurses was 55.00(47.00,63.00).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that psychological congruence level of nurses was negatively correlated with implicit absenteeism behavior(P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,marital status,number of patients in charge of the day shift,sense of understanding,control,and sense of significance were influencing factors of hidden absence of nurses in tertiary hospitals in Anhui Province(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The phenomenon of presenteeismin among nurses in tertiary hospitals in Anhui Province is more serious,and the sense of coherence of nurses is at a low level.The frequency of presenteeismin is affected by the level of sense of coherence among nurses.Nursing managers should improve the level of nurses'sense of coherence by effective intervention measures,thereby reducing the incidence of presenteeismin.
