摘要
海外学者对人类命运共同体的认知和评价,在很大程度上影响了中国的人类命运共同体倡议能否顺利推行,国内学者需要对海外学者们的评价作出整体上的了解,从中凝练、借鉴海外学者的启发性建议。这能够有效帮助我国在国际视野下审视人类命运共同体倡议,为相关战略、倡议在未来实现具体化、制度化、科学化提供有益参考。同时,由中华民族引领的人类命运共同体建设面临基础哲学理论构建、社会实践评价体系构建和提升价值共识等多方面研究的挑战。只有从“人类公共空间”的塑造和全球意识形态的整合入手,人类命运共同体的建设才能被更多的海外学者所认同,并为构建新的世界秩序提供智慧支撑。
The cognition and evaluation of the human community with a shared future by overseas scholars is highly associated with the implementation of China’s initiative of the human community with a shared future.Domestic scholars need to have an overall understanding of the views of overseas scholars,so as to summarize and learn from the enlightening suggestions of overseas scholars,which could help Chinese researchers better understand the initiative from an international perspective,thus rendering references for related strategies and initiatives to become concrete,institutionalized and scientific in the future.Meanwhile,the construction of the human community with a shared future led by the Chinese nation is faced with multiple challenges in studies including the building of the theoretical basis of its philosophy,the construction of its social practice evaluation system and the development of the common understandings of its values.Therefore,only to start with the building of the“human public space”and the integration of the global ideology can the building of the human community with a shared future be recognized and acknowledged by more overseas scholars,thus rendering theoretical and intellectual support for constructing a new world order.
