摘要
鱼菜共生系统是把水产养殖和蔬菜栽培两种不同的技术结合在一起,通过合理、巧妙地设计达到动物、植物、微生物的和谐共生,从而实现养鱼不换水而无水质忧患,种菜不施肥而正常成长的生态共生效应系统。鱼菜共生系统具有节约资源、低碳环保、输入少产出高的优势,是达到渔业生产、蔬菜生产经济生态效益平衡的一种有效手段。智能化鱼菜共生系统包括鱼类养殖、蔬菜栽培、综合环境测控3个部分,其中综合环境测控部分是实现智能化的关键。对当前鱼菜共生系统中鱼类、蔬菜、环境测控的技术进行了梳理和总结,并对今后鱼菜共生生产模式进行了展望。
Aquaponics system combines the two different techniques of aquaculture and vegetable cultivation,and achieves the harmonious symbiosis of animals,plants and microorganisms through reasonable and ingenious design,so as to realize the ecological symbiosis effect system of normal growth without water change and water quality concern,and growing vegetables without fertilization.Aquaponics system has the advantages of resource saving,low carbon and environmental protection,low input and high output.It is an effective means to achieve the balance of economic and ecological benefits of fishery production and vegetable production.Intelligent aquaponics system includes three parts:fish culture,vegetable cultivation,and integrated environmental management and control,among which integrated environmental management and control is the key to realize intelligence.In this paper,the techniques of monitoring and controlling fish,vegetables and environment in the current system of aquaponics were reviewed and summarized,and the production model of aquaponics in the future was prospected.
