摘要
[目的]本文旨在探究不同光质组合对番茄开花初期碳、氮代谢及其关键酶活性的影响。[方法]以番茄品种‘Micro Tom’为试材,研究白光(CK)、白蓝组合光(WB)、白红组合光(WR)、白绿组合光(WG)、白红蓝组合光(WRB)对番茄开花初期碳、氮代谢及开花、结果时间的影响。[结果]WRB处理使番茄植株开花、结果时间提前,分别比CK提早了5和7 d。WRB和WB处理显著提高番茄植株的净光合速率,分别比CK增加92.9%和21.3%。WRB处理下番茄叶片可溶性糖和淀粉含量显著高于CK。WRB处理显著提高叶片蔗糖合成酶活性,WB和WR处理下蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性明显高于CK。WRB处理下叶片全氮和可溶性蛋白含量显著高于CK,而游离氨基酸含量明显低于CK。WRB处理下叶片硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶、谷氨酸合成酶活性明显高于CK。[结论]白红蓝组合光有利于番茄植株的生长,促进碳的同化和氮的吸收,加速物质积累,满足植株体内养分需求,从而促进番茄开花结果。
[Objectives]The purpose of this paper was to clarify the effects of different light quality combinations on the carbon and nitrogen metabolism and key enzyme activities during the early flowering period of tomato.[Methods]Taking‘Micro Tom’as the test material,the effects of white light(CK),and white-blue combined light(WB),white-red combined light(WR),white-green combined light(WG),and white-red-blue combined light(WRB)on carbon and nitrogen metabolism and flowering and fruiting time of tomato at early flowering stage were studied.[Results]WRB treatment advanced the flowering and fruiting time of tomato plants,5 and 7 days earlier than CK,respectively.WRB and WB treatments increased the net photosynthetic rate of tomato plant by 92.9%and 21.3%,respectively,compared with CK.WRB treatment showed an increase in soluble sugar and starch contents of leaves compared with those of CK.WRB treatment showed a significantly higher sucrose synthase activity,and the WB,WR treatment showed a significantly higher sucrose phosphate synthase activity than CK.WRB treatment showed an increase in total nitrogen and soluble protein contents,and a decrease in free amino acid content compared with that of CK.The nitrate reductase,glutamine synthetase,and glutamate synthetase activities of WRB treatment were significantly higher than those of CK.[Conclusions]The combination of white,red and blue light was conducive to the growth of tomato plants,and it could not only promote carbon assimilation and nitrogen absorption,but also accelerate the accumulation of substances,sufficient plant nutrients,thereby promoting the flowering of tomatoes.
