摘要
自身免疫性胰腺炎(AIP)是由自身免疫介导的一种特殊类型的慢性胰腺炎,根据病理学特征分为淋巴浆细胞性硬化性胰腺炎和特发性导管中心性慢性胰腺炎。部分AIP影像学表现不典型,与胰腺导管腺癌、淋巴瘤等恶性肿瘤的影像学表现有一定重叠,而其治疗方式及预后不同。本文对AIP的影像学诊断及鉴别诊断进行综述,以提高临床对本病的认识。
Autoimmune pancreatitis(AIP)is a special type of chronic pancreatitis mediated by autoimmunity,which might be divided into lymphoplasmacytic sclerosing pancreatitis and idiopathic duct-centric chronic pancreatitis according to pathological characteristics.The imaging manifestations of some AIP are atypical and overlap with those of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma,lymphoma and other malignant tumors,but the treatment and prognosis are different.The progresses of imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AIP were reviewed in this article.
