摘要
心理育人工作是高校学生教育管理的重要组成部分,越来越多地受到各高校的重视。尤其是高职院校,受办学条件以及学生素质等诸多因素的影响,学生心理健康问题更易凸显。通过对高职院校心理育人工作现状的分析,立足“三全育人”理念和工作实际,提出高职院校应通过凝聚合力、重点突出、发掘资源等路径,细化对策落实,全面深入构建全员全过程全方位心理育人体系。
Psychological education is an important part of the education and management of college students,which is paid more and more attention by colleges and universities.Especially in higher vocational colleges,influenced by many factors such as school running conditions and student’quality,student’mental health problems are more likely to highlight.Based on the analysis of the current situation of psychological education in higher vocational colleges,and based on the concept of“three-wide education”and the actual work,this paper puts forward that higher vocational colleges should refine the implementation of countermeasures through cohesion,highlighting the key points,and exploring resources,build an all-round psychological education system in the whole process.
