摘要
在我国研究生培养体系中,虽然艺术类研究生占比不大,但该类学生思维活跃、主体意识强、阅历差异大、时代特征突出、培养方式独特、思想和价值观较为多元,这增加了研究生教育及人才培养的难度。而研究生党建活动在其人才培养中发挥着思想引领和政治保障的作用。因此,将研究生党建活动与人才培养有效融合,提高思想政治教育的时效性和针对性已成为研究生教育培养单位亟待解决的一个重要课题。论文在总结和回顾我国目前研究生思想状况及相关研究成果的基础上,就艺术类研究生党建活动如何与人才培养融合发展的意义及实现路径进行了初步探讨,旨在为艺术类研究生的思想政治教育及党建活动提供新的工作思路。
Despite,the proportion of Art graduate students is small in Chinese postgraduate training system,this kind of students have unique characteristics such as active thinking,strong subjective consciousness,great differences in experience,prominent characteristics of the times,unique training methods,diversified ideas and values,which increase the difficulty of education and training.However,the party building activities of graduate students play the important role of ideological guidance and political security in their personnel training.Therefore,how to integrate the graduate Party building activities and personnel training and how to improve the timeliness and pertinence of the ideological and political education have become the key issue that the graduate education and training units faced.Based on the summarizing and reviewing of the Chinese postgraduates’ideological situation and related research in recent years,this paper discussed the approach and significance of integrated development in party construction and personnel training for postgraduates,which provide the new ideas for ideological and political education and party building activities for art postgraduates.
